The position of Teller/CSR is responsible for providing superior customer service by performing intermediate to advanced level teller and customer service duties while maintaining adherence to all bank policies, procedures, internal controls and compliance. Offer professional and courteous assistance to all customers while promoting the banks products and services by referring customers to appropriate staff. The Teller/CSR assists in attaining bank and branch goals through active participation in the retail banking team and is expected to provide leadership and support to less experienced staff members. Banking experience required. 1-2 Saturdays (9am-Noon) per month.
