Required Skills:

  • Be an effective team member through cooperation, flexibility, and dependability.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Deliver exceptional and professional customer service.


  • Sustain the bank’s strong relationship banking culture through continued customer contact and exceptional customer service.
  • Accurately and efficiently perform teller duties including customer account transactions and accurately keep records of money and negotiable instruments.
  • Retain superior knowledge of bank products.
  • Answer basic customer inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies.

 Required Education, Experience, and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience, minimum of 6 months.
  • Previous cash handling or teller experience preferred.
  • Comfortable with various computer programs.


Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employees is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs, talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.
