Responsible for contributing to the growth of the office by developing lasting deposit and loan relationships. Duties include developing and maintaining account relationships with new and existing customers through actively promoting and selling bank products and services along with managing all aspects of the customer relationship. Will be trained to back up teller line as needed. Job performance will be evaluated based on measurable criteria including, but not limited to, number of accounts opened, types of accounts opened, dollar value and number of customer relationships managed.
