2020 Digital LEAD Program

The 2020 Digital LEAD (Leadership Education And Development) Program provides the opportunity to cultivate talented bank staff who have future leadership potential as well as those currently serving as senior leaders.

We have partnered with Catalyzer to offer both a Front Line Leader Program and Senior Leader Program.

Both leadership programs offer four modules over six weeks and include pre-course work, journaling and post-course recommendations. Additionally, senior leaders and front line leader cohorts will interact via assignments and during the Communications module.
